      22-3409.   Summoning jurors in misdemeanorcase.When a jury trial is demanded, as provided by law, for misdemeanor cases, thejudge shall summon not less than12 prospective jurors from the source and in the mannerprovided for the summoning of other petit jurors in the district courtin the county.
