      22-3428b.   Same; violation of conditions of release; return tocustody.Any person who violates an order of conditional release entered pursuantto K.S.A. 22-3428 or 22-3428a, and any amendments to suchsections, shall be subject to contempt of court proceedings. Upon afinding of probable cause to believe that a person has violated theconditions of any such order the district court may issue a warrantdirecting any law enforcement officer to take such person into custodyand return the defendant to the custody of the court or to any facilitydesignated by the court.
