      22-3713.   Parole board; hearings; personnel and accounting services.(a)   The parole board mayauthorize one or more of itsmembers to conduct hearings on behalf of the parole board.

      (b)   The secretary of corrections shall provide the Kansas parole boardwith necessary personnel and accounting services.
