22-3719. Information from correctional institution officials.It shall be the duty of all correctional institution officials to grantto the members of the Kansas parole board, or its properly accreditedrepresentatives, access at all reasonable times to any inmate, to providefor the parole board or such representative facilitiesfor communicating withand observing such inmate, and to furnish to the paroleboard such reports asthe parole board shall require concerning the conduct andcharacter of anyinmate in their custody and any other facts deemed by theparole board to bepertinent in determining any issue before the parole board.
