      22-4005.   Return of proceedings by secretary of corrections.When a sentence of death has been carried out, the secretaryof corrections shall cause written notice thereof to be given to the clerkof the court where theconviction was rendered, and the clerk shall filethe notice with the recordof conviction and sentence.
