      22-4206.   Invalidity of part.If any provision of this article or the application thereof to anypersons or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affectother provisions or applications of the article which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this article are declared to be severable.
