Same; prohibition on interfering withprofessional duties of counsel.The state board of indigents' defense services shall notmake any decision regarding the handling of any case nor interfere withthe appointed counsel, contract counsel or public defender, or any memberof the staff thereof, in carrying out their professional duties.
