      22-4526.   Disposition of moneys received undercontracts with cities and counties.All moneys received by the state board of indigents' defense services undercontracts entered into with one or more cities or counties under subsection(f) of K.S.A. 22-4523, and amendments thereto, shall beremitted by the board to the statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance, the statetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasuryto the credit of the indigents defense services fund.
