      22-4708.   Disclosure of status of pending investigations and proceedings.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding section, a criminaljustice agency may disclose the status of a pending investigation of a namedperson, or the status of a pending proceeding in the criminal justice system,if the request for information is reasonably contemporaneous with the eventto which the information relates and the disclosure is otherwise appropriate.
