Chapter 22a.--DISTRICT OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES Article 1.--DISTRICT ATTORNEYS

      22a-107.   County attorney construed.Whenever in any of the statutes of this state the term "county attorney"is used, it shall be construed to include district attorneys providedfor by K.S.A. 22a-101, 22a-108 and22a-109, andamendmentsthereto, unless the contextotherwise requires.
