23-110. Records of marriages; indexing; certifiedcopies or abstracts.The secretary of health and environment shall index all records receivedpursuant to K.S.A. 23-109 andamendments thereto and, upon request, shall issue a certified copy orabstractofthem which in all courts and for all purposes shall be primafacie evidence of thefacts stated in them. For each certified copy or abstract a fee shallbe paidtothe secretary in an amount prescribed in accordance with, and disposed ofin the manner provided by, K.S.A. 65-2418and amendments thereto.
