Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 1.--MARRIAGE

      23-117.   Records or copies as evidence.The books of record of marriage licenses issued, to be kept by the judgesof the district court of the several counties, and copies of entries therein,certified by such judge under his or her official seal, shall be evidence in all courts.
