Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-494.   Court trustee; appointment.The court may provide by rule adopted by the judge or judges of each ofthe judicial districts of Kansas for the establishment of the office ofcourt trustee for the judicial district. The court trustee shall be aperson licensed to practice law in the state of Kansas and shall beappointed by and serve at the pleasure of the chiefjudge of thejudicial district.
