Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-4,112.   Improper withholding; refund or credit.If the court determines that income has been improperlywithheld, the court may order the person orpublic office who has possession of the income or whoultimately received it, to promptly refund the improperly withheld amountto the obligor or, in the case of the obligee, to credit the amount againstthe next regular support payment.
