Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-4,114.   Change of obligor's payor or address and employment; relatedhealth benefits coverage, notice required.An obligor whose income is being withheld or who has been served with anotice of intent to apply for issuanceof an income withholding order shall provide written notice to theobligee, the public office, or the clerk of court of any new payor orchange of address, within seven days of the change.The obligor shall keep the obligee or public office informed of anyemployment-related health benefits coverage for dependents to which the obligorhas access. Upon request, the obligor shall provide, or shall assist theobligee or public office in obtaining, information about the health benefitscoverage.
