Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-4,115.   Bond requirement when obligor self-employed or withholdingotherwise impracticable.If an obligor derives income from self-employment, receivesincome from some source not subject to the jurisdiction of the court orreceives income by any other method which makes the application of this actimpracticable, the court may require the obligor to post security or bondor give some other guarantee to secure the payment of current and overdue support.If the obligor fails to pay support as ordered, the court may collect onthe bond or may declare a forfeiture of all or a portion of the security orother guarantee and apply the amounts collected as payment on the supportarrearage. An obligor who derives income from self-employment shall besubject to the provisions of this act as a payor of income to the obligor's self.
