Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-4,132.   Issuance of withholding order.If the obligor does not request a hearing in the timeprovided in subsection (a) of K.S.A. 23-4,110 and amendmentsthereto or if a hearingis held and it isdetermined that the obligee has or is entitled to income withholding underthe local law of the jurisdiction which issued the support order, the courtshall issue an income withholding order under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 23-4,110and amendments thereto.
