      23-4,133.   Withholding order; when effective; effect of order; notice;payor's duties.The provisions of K.S.A. 23-4,107 and 23-4,108 and amendments thereto,including the noticeto the payor, penalties and sanctions against noncomplying payors, payorfees, protection against payor retaliation, payment directions and abilityto issue a single check, apply to income withholding based on a supportorder of another jurisdiction entered under K.S.A. 23-4,129 and amendmentsthereto.
