23-4,134. Payments under order, procedure for making; effect of othersupport orders; crediting of amount collected.(a) The income withholding order shall direct payment tobe made to the agency or obligee. The agency shall promptly transmit paymentsreceivedpursuant to an income withholding order based on a support order of anotherjurisdiction entered under K.S.A. 23-4,129 to the agency or person designatedpursuant to subsection (b)(6)(C) of K.S.A. 23-4,129.
(b) A support order entered pursuant to K.S.A. 23-4,129 does not nullify andis not nullified by a support order made by a court of this state pursuantto any other law or by a support order made by a court of any other state.Any amount collected by any withholding of income shall be credited against theamounts accruing or accrued for any period under any support orders issuedeither by this state or by a sister state.
