      23-502.   Duties of certain agencies.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services and county,city-county and multicounty health departments shall cooperate with andassist the secretary of health and environment in the establishment,maintenance and operation of the family planning centers required to beestablished and maintained by K.S.A. 23-501.
