      23-809.   Same; statute of limitations tolled during marriage; equitabledefenses available.Any statute of limitations applicable to an action asserting aclaim for relief under a premarital agreement is tolled during the marriageof the parties to the agreement. However, equitable defenses limiting thetime for enforcement, including laches and estoppel, are available to either party.
