Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Part 3.--CIVIL PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION Article 9.--UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT

      23-9,303.   Application of law of this state.Except as otherwise provided by this act, a respondingtribunal of this state:

      (a)   Shall apply the procedural and substantive law, including the rules onchoice of law, generally applicable to similar proceedings originating in thisstate and may exercise all powers and provide all remedies available in thoseproceedings; and

      (b)   shall determine the duty of support and the amount payable inaccordance with the law and support guidelines of this state.
