      23-9,306.   Inappropriate tribunal.If a petition or comparable pleading is received by aninappropriate tribunal of this state, it shall forward the pleading andaccompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal in this state or anotherstate and notify the petitioner only by personalservice or registered mail, return receipt requested when thepleadingwassent.
