Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Part 3.--CIVIL PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION
Article 9.--UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT

      23-9,313.   Costs and fees.(a) The petitioner may not be required to pay a filing fee orother costs.

      (b)   If an obligee prevails, a responding tribunal may assess against anobligor filing fees, reasonable attorney fees, other costs and necessarytravel and other reasonable expenses incurred by the obligee and the obligee'switnesses. The tribunal may not assess fees, costs or expenses against theobligee or the support enforcement agency of either the initiating or theresponding state, except as provided by other law. Attorney fees may betaxed as costs, and may be ordered paid directly to the attorney, who mayenforce the order in the attorney's own name. Payment of support owed to theobligee has priority over fees, costs and expenses.

      (c)   The tribunal may order the payment of costs and reasonableattorneyfees if it determines that a hearing was requested primarily for delay.
