      23-9,501.   Employer's receipt of income withholding order of anotherstate.An income withholding order issued in another state may besent to the person or entity defined as the obligor'semployerunder the income withholding act, K.S.A. 23-4,105 et seq. and amendmentsthereto without first filing a petition or comparable pleading or registeringthe order with a tribunal of this state.
