      23-9,603.   Effect of registration for enforcement.(a) A support order or income withholding order issued inanotherstate is registered when the order is filed in the registering tribunal of thisstate.

      (b)   A registered order issued in another state is enforceable in the samemanner and is subject to the same procedures as an order issued by a tribunalof this state.

      (c)   Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 23-9,602 through23-9,612, a tribunal ofthis stateshall recognize and enforce, but may not modify, a registered order if theissuing tribunal had jurisdiction.
