      23-9,609.   Procedure to register child support order of another state formodification.A party or support enforcement agency seeking to modify, or tomodify and enforce, a child support order issued in another state shallregisterthat order in this state in the same manner provided in K.S.A. 23-9,601 through23-9,604 and amendments thereto if the order has not been registered. Apetition formodification may be filed at the same time as a request for registration, orlater. The pleading must specify the grounds for modification.
