      23-9,610.   Effect of registration for modification.A tribunal of this state may enforce a child support order ofanother state registered for purposes of modification, in the same manner as ifthe order had been issued by a tribunal of this state, but the registered ordermay be modified only if the requirements of K.S.A. 23-9,611and amendments thereto (modificationof child support order of another state) have been met.
