Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      24-102.   Suits by state to recover lands wrongfully reclaimed fromstreams.The attorney general is hereby authorized and directed to institutesuits in the name of the state of Kansas for the recovery of any landssituated within the state of Kansas which have been wrongfully reclaimedfrom the channel of any navigable stream, which land shall thereafter beheld by the state subject only to such rights, if any, incidental toriparian ownership as may be held by adjacent proprietors.
