Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      24-109.   Same; warrants and assessments.That to carry out the provisions of this act the board of countycommissioners of such county is authorized, empowered and directed to issueits warrants in favor of the persons doing such work or owning such landsand to collect the same in three annual assessments upon the property lyingwithin the limits of the benefit district defined by the board of countycommissioners.
