24-115. Depositories for funds of county treasurer belonging todrainage district; no interest.The board of county commissioners of the county wherein a drainagedistrict has been organized, shall designate depositories for the funds inthe hands of the county treasurer belonging to such drainage district, andno interest shall be paid thereon.
