Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 11.--CONSOLIDATION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE OR LEVEE DISTRICTS

      24-1103.   Same; certified copy of resolution to district court orcounty commissioners.Should the governing body of the Kansas district order the consolidationto be made, a duly certified copy of such resolution shall be filed withthe clerk of the district court in Kansas where the Kansas district wasorganized and among the proceedings had therein and recorded on the journalof the court; or, if the Kansas district was organized by the board ofcounty commissioners, then such certified copy shall be filed with thecounty clerk and spread upon the official records of the board of countycommissioners.
