      24-1236.   Same; county bridge and township road, 24-1234 applies;approval by board of township trustees.If a proposed intermittent closing involves both a county bridge and atownship road, then application shall be made to the board of countycommissioners, and K.S.A. 24-1234 but not K.S.A. 24-1235 shallapply thereto. The board of county commissioners shall not issue apermit under this section, until it has received a written approvalthereof by the board of township trustees involved.
