Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 12.--WATERSHED DISTRICTS

      24-1237.   Same; costs of publication and notice; permit to require roadmarkers.All costs in connection with the publication and the notice shall bepaid by the watershed district. In event the county or township boardissues a permit allowing the intermittent closing of the road, then thepermit shall contain a provision that the watershed district will causesuitable markers to be installed on the road to advise of the intermittentclosing of the road.
