Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 4.--DRAINAGE DISTRICTS WITHIN COUNTIES OR CITIES

      24-413.   Vacancy in office of director.That should a vacancy occur at any time in the office of a director ofany drainage district, the remaining directors shall appoint from thequalified residents in said district a person to hold the office ofdirector until the next election.
