24-455. Failure of director to perform duty;penalty.That if any director of any drainage district shall willfully neglect orfail to perform any of the duties imposed upon him by the provisions ofthis act he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionthereof shall be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor morethan one hundred dollars.
