      24-460.   Same; application of act of 1905.That in all respects, except as hereinbefore provided, the provisions ofthe act to which this is supplemental shall apply to and govern theproceedings of the drainage districts organized under this act, whichdrainage districts shall possess and may exercise all of the powersconferred upon drainage districts organized under said chapter 215 ofthe Laws of 1905.
