Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 5.--DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

      24-505.   Places for holding elections; judges and clerks.Promptly following the date of the governor's proclamation aboveprovided for, and at least ten (10) days before each subsequent election,the respective county clerks of each of the counties to be included withinthe drainage district aforesaid shall designate a place or places for theholding of the election provided for in said proclamation and shall namethree (3) judges and two (2) clerks for each of the precincts thusdesignated, who shall be resident freeholders of said district.
