24-510. First meeting of directors; organization of board; definitionof boundaries of district.The directors elected as provided in the next preceding section hereofshall meet on the second Tuesday of the first calendar month followingtheir election, at the county seat of the county most centrally located inthe district, and proceed to organize by electing from their own number apresident, secretary and treasurer, and shall enter upon the duties oftheir offices. As soon as practicable thereafter they shall define theboundaries of the drainage district, and shall file the portion thereofrelating to each county in which said district is located with the countyclerk of such county. Said boundary line shall include all lands subject tooverflow by the highest flood water.
