Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-640a.   Perpetual succession.All drainage districts incorporated pursuant to K.S.A. 24-601to 24-640, inclusive, and amendments thereto, prior to the effective dateof this act whose existence as a public corporation as stated in the articlesof association of any such drainage district expires on or after July 1,1983, are hereby declared to have perpetual succession.
