Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-642.   Same; boundaries legalized.That the boundaries of each such drainage districts are herebydesignated as the same are described in the records of any such court, orin the records of the county wherein such district was created or attemptedto be created, and shall contain the territory mentioned in such records,and such territory and boundaries are hereby redesignated as the sameappear upon said records, and with like effect as though the description ofsaid property and boundaries were here severally set out at large.
