Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-643.   Same; bond issues legalized.All acts of the officials of such districts in respect tothe issuance of any and all unpaid bonds and interest thereon by any suchdrainage district for which such districts receivedvalue are hereby legalized, approved and validated and such unpaid bondsand interest thereon shall constitute the legal obligations of such drainagedistricts, if issued in substantial compliance with the laws relatingthereto as printed in the statute book at the time of their issuance.
