Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-653.   Same; final report and discharge of trustees.When the board of trustees has finally closed the affairs of thedrainage district they shall file their report, so stating, with theclerk of the district court in which the district was incorporated andapply to the court for their discharge. If the court finds the reportsubstantially correct and the affairs of the district closed it shallmake an order discharging the trustees.
