      24-703.   Joinder in petition.Any one or more of the persons, municipalities or boards mentioned inK.S.A. 24-701 may unite in the same petition, wheneverthey have joint interest therein, in any proceeding prosecuted under andby virtue of this act or the act to which the same is mandatory.
