      24-711.   Account by clerk of collections and disbursements; accountopen to inspection.It shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to keep an accurateaccount of all moneys received from the collection of assessments forbenefits and all sums paid out by him under the provisions of this act,which account shall be open to the inspection of the public.
