Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 7.--DRAINAGE ON PETITION TO COURT

      24-715.   Penalty for obstruction or injury of ditch or drain.Any person who shall willfully obstruct or injure or destroy any ditchor drain constructed under the provisions of this act and the act to whichit is amendatory and other amendments thereto, shall be guilty of amisdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceedingfive hundred dollars.
