25-1122a. Advance voting; casting ballots upon voting machines.

25-1122a. Advance voting; casting ballots upon voting machines.The county election officer of any county in which voting machines areused may authorize persons filing applications for advancevoting ballots asprovided by K.S.A. 25-1122, and amendments thereto,to cast theirvotes upon voting machines. If the county election officer authorizesthe use of voting machines by advance voting voters suchofficer shall equipthe office of the county election officer with enough voting machines toenable all advance voting voters to cast their votes uponsuch machines.
Such machines shall be of a make certified by the secretary of stateand shall be sealed in a manner to allow tabulation of the total voteonly at the time of the closing of the polls on the day of the electionfor which such machines are used.
