25-1122f. Advance voting; replacementballots.If an advance voting ballot is destroyed, spoiled, lost ornot received bythe voter, the voter may request a provisional replacement ballot fromthe county electionofficer as provided in this subsection. When a request is timely receivedunder this subsection, the county election officer shall deliver theprovisional replacement ballot tothe voter if the voter is present in the office of the county election officer,or promptly transmit the provisional replacement ballot by mail to thevoter at the address containedin the original application.Thecounty election officer shall keep a record of eachprovisional replacement advance voting ballot provided under thissubsection. All such replacement ballots issued by the countyelection officer shall be deemed to be provisional ballots pursuant to K.S.A.25-1136 and amendments thereto.
