Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 11.--ADVANCE VOTING

      25-1129.   Advance voting; multiple applications, determination of correctaddress.If more than one application for an advance voting ballot isfiled with thecounty election officer under the provisions of K.S.A.25-1122 and amendments thereto, giving different addresses of the samevoter, the county election officer shall determine which is the correctaddress of the voter. The county election officer shall send the advance votingballot only to the correct address of thevoter.
