      25-1139.   Advance voting ballots to be marked and transmitted in compliancewith statute; exceptions.No advance voting ballot shall be counted unless marked andtransmitted asrequired by article 11 of chapter 25 of Kansas Statutes Annotated andamendments thereto, except as is otherwise provided in article 12 ofsuchchapter 25.
